Keystone Safari Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Keystone Safari website and online services
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Keystone Safari website.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Terms and Conditions, please contact us.
Website Use
The information provided on the Keystone Safari website is intended to help visitors learn about our park, animals, attractions, experiences, events, admission, hours, and other services.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, operating hours, admission prices, attractions, experiences, animal availability, events, policies, and other information may change without notice.
Keystone Safari reserves the right to update, modify, or remove website content at any time.
Online Ticketing and Reservations
Keystone Safari uses FareHarbor to process certain online ticket purchases and reservations, including admission, animal encounters, tours, events, and other experiences.
When making a purchase or reservation, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and reviewing the details of your purchase before completing your transaction.
Reservations are subject to availability. Additional terms, restrictions, cancellation policies, age requirements, or other conditions may be provided during the booking process and will apply to the applicable reservation.
Tickets and Purchases
Tickets and reservations purchased through our website or associated booking services are subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the date, time, number of guests, experience, and other reservation details before completing a purchase.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Keystone Safari reserves the right to correct pricing errors or other inaccuracies that may appear on our website or booking system.
Cancellations and Refunds
Tickets, reservations, animal encounters, tours, special events, and other purchases are subject to the cancellation and refund policies provided at the time of booking.
Certain purchases may be non-refundable or may have specific requirements regarding cancellations, changes, or rescheduling.
Failure to arrive for a scheduled reservation or experience may result in the loss of the reservation without a refund.
Keystone Safari may cancel, modify, postpone, or reschedule an experience due to weather, animal welfare, safety concerns, operational circumstances, or other conditions beyond our reasonable control.
Animal Experiences
Keystone Safari is home to living animals whose behavior, visibility, and participation may vary.
Animal participation in encounters, feedings, tours, presentations, and other experiences is voluntary and cannot be guaranteed. The amount or type of interaction experienced by each guest may vary depending on the individual animal, weather, animal welfare, and other circumstances.
For the health and safety of our animals and guests, Keystone Safari staff may modify, delay, shorten, relocate, or cancel an experience when necessary.
Guests participating in animal experiences must follow all instructions provided by Keystone Safari staff.
Park Operations
Keystone Safari reserves the right to modify operating hours, attractions, animal exhibits, tours, encounters, activities, and other park offerings without prior notice.
Certain attractions or experiences may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, animal care needs, staffing, safety concerns, seasonal operations, or other circumstances.
The purchase of admission does not guarantee that every animal, attraction, activity, or experience will be available during your visit.
Weather
Keystone Safari operates primarily as an outdoor attraction, and weather conditions may affect park operations.
Weather conditions do not necessarily result in park closure or eligibility for a refund. Certain attractions, experiences, or areas of the park may temporarily close or operate differently because of weather or safety conditions.
Guests are encouraged to review current conditions and prepare appropriately for the weather before visiting.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to follow all posted park rules and instructions provided by Keystone Safari employees.
Keystone Safari reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the property for unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior or for failure to follow park rules or staff instructions.
Guests are expected to treat Keystone Safari employees, other guests, animals, and property with respect.
Safety and Assumption of Risk
Visiting a wildlife park and participating in attractions or animal experiences may involve inherent risks.
Guests are responsible for following posted safety rules, restrictions, warnings, and instructions from Keystone Safari employees.
By participating in park activities and experiences, guests acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with those activities.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
